I can understand them talking about Lupul.....but I also understand that putting "LEAFS" in the headline garners more hits. The trades that have happened already this year were never mentioned by any of these so called "insiders".

To be fair they were all minor trades. Minor trades don't take so long. Major trades usually have lots of talking and most of the time nothing happening in the end.

I know Nonis has been in hard talks with the oilers....talks with the bluejackets as well.....I think there was a real possibility with Edmonton begore the Polak injury.....once he's healthy again, I wont be suprised to see Franson get dealt with Reimer and a couple bottom feeders like Ashton, Frattin, Mckegg etc.

I think a lot of people would want Lupul. He has some question marks around his health. But when he is healthy he can put up a lot of points. He has 150 points in 180 games for the Leafs.
