I'm just saying, team wasn't any worse under Kruger but at least you had some good things you could point out, something to cheer for. Never had any issues with his player usage either. But that's just me I guess

Do you forget the flying "v" mode he deliberately employed? Poorer 5v5 stats? Having a team that had basically had a pre-season compared to the rest of the league but stumbling to start and failing at the end.
I don;t think that firing Kreuger was the right move, I think it was unfair, but there is no proof that he would have been definitively better. |

The top line should be being sheltered currently.
This team defies score effects in large part because guys like Hall and Ebs get double-shifted and feel like they need to do cowboy poop like 1-on-3s.
Put Perron-Draisaitl-Purcell or the lunch-pail line out and get a cycle going. After 4 straight shifts predominantly in the defensive zone, send the kids out to mop up the tired mistakes.
