Maybe not the best analogy but you get what I'm saying. I hate giving up, HATE it, but it's time to just shut it down look into the future. If this team was half as resilient as last year's, they would have already broken out of this funk.

This team was already in trouble before Timonen went down. Once that happened, I'm pretty sure most of the team knew it would be a lost season. I think they tried to not make that happen as much as possible, but they've reverted to the norm.

Not enough physical play
Dress Rosehill and Stortini for a game just to make them somewhat hard to play against. If you are going to lose at least have players out there that wont just lay down.

Cant play the top line the whole game which they need to do since their is literally not one single player outside of the top line contributing in anyway right now. It's amazing, I realized this would be a tough year but I never thought it would be this bad.. I never thought Couturier, Read and Simmonds would be as useless as they have been .

It's the wrong type of talent mix on this team..

1 player that plays physically
4-5 of the same 3 line players that if they produce at max level they might make it as a 2 line player.
2 corpses in Umby and Vl.
