There is one thing that is certain. This offense will never keep up with Denver or Green Bay.

Orton misses Watkins.......

- sbroads24

This offense simply cannot score touchdowns.

i know were a city that generally complains after wins but ill take anything at this point. Im happy. The sabres and bills will HAVE to win ugly if they want to win period.

My fantasy team killed it this week. I'm winning 174-69. I still have Eddie Lacy to play.

The problem with teams that have to win ugly is that they don't end up being very good when all is said and done. That's just fine for the Sabres, not so much for the Bills.

Wow. I have had to GM my a$$ off to get to 8-4 record. One week before a steady string of moves, the team scored 37 points. The only guys I kept were
Aaron Rogers, he was my #1 with the 9th pick
Eddy Lacy
Rob Carpenter..in like Round 12
Everyone else I cut or benched in favor of FA acquisitions, no trades.
Now have gone like 8-2 since.
My latest is Ray Rice moments after news broke that he won his appeal...worth a flier..if he gets picked up and plays decent down the stretch it will fill my last big hole..#2 RB. I had CJ I picked in Round 2...what a complete waste...I really thought they has figured out how to use him this year.

bills still *technically* have a shot at the playoffs right? given all that i've read here, I think it'd be hilarious if the Orton/Manuel duo were the ones to finally get them back in the post-season

Could have easily been a six to three game. Im happy were are seven and five. But manziel got rocked and that was a friggin td. And wtf with the ridiculous unsportsmanlike calls. What a season. At least its completely unlike the jauron and gailey years.

Agreed. This board constantly complains, especially after a win. It gets tiring.

So I do think we are watching Andrew Luck develop into one of the top 4 QB's and maybe into one of top 2 going forward.

And how about our buddy Fitz...6 TDs today...wow.

We're getting there. Seriously, when was the last time this team was over .500? or even .500? All that i can say is this year has been a step in the right direction. No, were not going to win the superbowl this year.

If you think Callahan would have half the points he has on this team, I have a bridge to sell you.

Real cheap.

kinda is, the only reason most of us were against bringing him in was because we don't have a stamkos that he can play with.

If we did he'd be one of the 1st players i'd want Murray to go after, timing was the real issue here.

Well to be fair, both have contributed this year...problem is they have contributed as much negative plays as they have positive ones.
I just don't know what the coaches are teaching them down at One Bills Drive...but apparently wild throws into the dirt, 10 feet over receivers heads and picks are among the most frequently practiced!

Not my point, thought his age, skill set were what this team needed moving forward in the rebuild? Just my opinion,

Except he signed with the Lightning 5 days before free agency. So we couldn't have gotten him.

I don't disagree Irish, but as a pro-tanker (or tankette as Mike Harrington likes to call us ) I wasn't to keen on making big moves this off season, very big on the 4 guys at the top of this years draft. Just a difference in rebuild philosophy but otherwise agreed on Callahan's value to a team.

Well one must admit they do generate enough fodder ... Not like they are playing consistent., Nor are they running away with games. Each game there are more than a handful of plays that drives you crazy...but for some reason this year I have come to expect the heartbreaks...so I don't find myself going off the deep end 20 times each game that I would normally watching THIS Team of Bills.
