I wouldn't mind seeing Brent Burns in a flyers uniform. He plays physical game but also has skill. He plays hard night in and night out. I think he's a type of player the flyers need right now. But he has a $5.76 million cap hit so that would be challenge for Hextall to make a deal to get him under the cap

It had better bring a significant return with a plan in place to take his minutes.

Oh here's an idea....how about a coach who has a plan and the back bone to stick with it. Stop bouncing players from line to line from role to role. Dress the same line with Cooter for three games with the same role on PK/even strength and PP is needed. Barring injury. Right now he and Read are in a serious funk because Read keeps having to switch wings and no one seems to know who will line up with them from shift to shift.

Mind you...jettison Umberger and Vinny and a 5th round pick and a roll of tape would be a great return.
