Umberger would be turning down over $9M over the next 2 years if he retired after this season.

I don't think his play here is the end all be all. He had a nice start to the season, most notably against the Devils, I just think it would be nice to see him play with actual talent. At this point in his career, I think he can only be as good as the players he plays with.
