Actually it's more like this. Really like that it's the same style as his Devils days. |

Bylsma is not a good coach; taking over the most talented team in league and then winning a cup is an accolade, sure, but that squad was on a mission after they appeared to be faltering up to Therrien's firing.
Disco Dan has had sub-par results since then. Not sure why people hold this guy up in such high regard. - ghostibator
His regular season record is off the charts. One of the best winning percentages of all time. Playoffs.... Not so much. I can't stand the guy. Got his ass handed to him every spring once he instituted his "vaunted" defensive system.
Nice guy, but one of the more stubborn coaches I've ever seen in any sport. There was a good column written about him a few weeks ago... It seems he'd rather lose by using his system than win by admitting adjustments needed to be made. Disco was told by many in the organization (including Mario) that he needed to make some changes and he refused. Great coach.....LOL.
If he learns from his many mistakes in Pittsburgh, I think he can be a good NHL coach again. |

bylsma is a terrible in game coach, i remember watching them when iggy was traded there, and he'd change the lines every other shift and play guys way out of position (iggy 3rd line LW) |

I'll never understand why Brodeur didn't just sign in NJ as a back up to schneider instead of waiting a quarter of a season and signing to be the back up in st. louis. |

$700k is a lot of money for 8-10 games. I wouldn't be surprised if he plays 20-25. - Streit2ThePoint

Sundin in a Canuck Jersey
Alfredson in a Wings Jersey
Orr in a Hawks Jersey
Help me out here --- list some players who just stayed too long and thought they could extend their careers by moving on through free agency....
Ray Bourque is the exception as he won the cup -- besides he was traded. |
