we used to have our party with all the employees from the other locations of our stores (all four of the stores are owned by friends/we're all close)... but at a certain point it just became too many people and poop would get out of hand. we now just have an individual party for each store and it's much easier. i still always stay to the end to make sure nobody does anything stupid.
