Yes and no. How much more do people expect Hall to be doing everything for everyone? It's a team game and this team isn't producing. Yes Hall needs to be more of a leader. Yes Eberle needs to backcheck more and also finish his shots. Yes, Jultz needs to be sitting in the presser until he realizes that his NCAA skills aren't working in the NHL.

But do we seriously pin all the teams problems and results onto those three guys only?

How much influence is Purcell doing? Yakupov is still receiving limited ice time. Gazdic was given his roster spot. Perron is getting frustrated. Let him go out there for key moments rather than letting the guys that aren't producing be on the ice.

Nikitin should've be receiving so much ice time. Why isn't Fayne and Petry being leaned on more? They are more capable than a combination of Aulie-Niktin-Ference-Jultz.

I am in no way saying it's only those 3 that are a problem. I was just stating that by what MacT was saying it seems those players are off the hook. Frank that! Everybody needs to be held accountable for this garbage. Ohhh the players are holding themselves accountable? What does that look like? Who wouldn't the guy gives you whatever you want he is the epitome of a players coach.

The quote at the end that really grinds my gears is him saying Hall and Eberle need to hold the team accountable and expect more of their teammates. I think it's the other way around these are the guys that need to be held accountable and expected more of. If anything its these two along with Schultz that are leading the way with inconsistent play.
