Scouting department is to blame for lack of later picks turning out. Tambo was to blame for the winger picks. MacT so far has drafted a D and big C and I'm ok with that.

unfortunately you're in the minority here, as most oiler fans here at hb, love the direction the oilers are taking in building a cup contender

Seriously how many fans on here keep calling the jets lousy??? When was the last time the islanders finished ahead of them in the standings? Yes the islanders look good this year playing in the horribly ahl like eastern conference and still only have 6 more points than the jets playing in the far superior west!! Last I checked it wasn't bossy, potvin, trotter, gillies in the line up so please relax and remember the jets have been a better than team than the nyi for a long time.

I like the flyers and think once all those young d they have are up plying in philly and have a few years under their belt they'll be a different team. Cobuorn, l schenn and grossman all only have one year left and then will be gone. The core forwards are young so in all honesty the future is bright. I'd fire Berube though and try and draft some goalies, I don't think the flyers have the next goalie in their system.
