I've watched a couple Jackets games over the past week. They are a mess, and Hartnell is part of the reason why. He hasn't been scoring or playing well. Umberger had several good shifts in the San Jose and Anaheim games, and he's been involved this afternoon/evening

No, but If Umberger plays like he has the last few games in California for the next 6 months that trade is going to look nowhere near as bad as it has so far.

i think evaluating the deal based on their production this season is an unfair and incomplete scope

I kind of like the 1/2 and 1/2 look... not a fan of the way they implemented the numbers, tho. White on white, and black on black w/ thin outlines... gonna be hard to read from afar I'm betting.

i'm very critical of uniform designs, and i honestly like these. except for the sharks pants. don't think the striping there is good, but it might look ok when actually being worn.

Umberger's all around play hasn't been good...with the exception of Umberger's left hand, which blocks everything.

the logo is 443 times too big and i don't like the single white color.
