I like the idea of Eberle for Myers as priciple pieces. Edmonton should add a prospect or mid round pick or something to balance it out.

He's an elite defensive third line top-10 pick center-turned-winger who made a commercial doing pushups with chains on.

I think I will have to watch a few more Oilers games to get a feel for what Yak brings to the table. My perspective is he's a potential 20 goal scorer who doesn't play defense. Which means he is the same a Hodgson except he is not a center

Yeah that's the probl with Yak. He isn't that good yet. At all. He works hard but he really isnt a good full stride skater, and his shot is hard with a quick release but he couldn't hit Rita McNeils ass from 10 feet away. He might get 40 once in his career tho....but that's probably not for a while.
His trade value is poop so we might as well hang onto him, until we know for sure.
