So what's the consensus on the road trip? .500 is OK on the road but I'm really disappointed to have been swept by all the Canadian teams on the trip. Trending the wrong way and hopefully they can right the ship on Saturday.

They are definitely starting to sag. Burrows is passing to everybody but his own teammates and Higgins seems to be a stride behind the puck. They weren't alone tonight though.

We knew Burr was getting slower and we knew Higgins was a third liner streaky scorers.we are a team of third liners .Vrbata is a second liner and the twins for the sake of not starting a riot I will say are top 6.

Danny and Hank have 26 points in 29 games. That is top 6 numbers, but they picked up a lot of those in the first month when things were fresh and new. Last month and a half seems like they areslowing down. Oilers helped his numbers.

I'll be glad when they are second liners but we don't have the talent to be close to that unless we get in on the McDavid sweeps

I want to see Burrows and Vrbata switch spots, just for a couple of games.

Hopefully that would get Daniel to start shooting more, instead of always trying to set up Radim. That line was better when Hank had 2 shooters to feed instead of both twins feeding 1 triggerman.

And Bonino needs a sniper on his wing.

It's not a long-term fix, but might spark both lines a bit in the short term and inspire JB to make a move for another sniper for the 2nd line.

Another option would be putting Vey or Jensen with Bonino, and put Burrows on the third line.

Time for a shake-up.
