I probably wouldn't put it up there for the simple fact that his arrival actual spurred a lot of the changes that we needed. We tanked and grabbed a top 10 pick, ended up with a new management/coaching group, and ended up with the reset we have been asking for. He was terrible, but the scars from last year are already fading

I would put hiring Keenan up there before Torts. Torts was bad, brutal bad but atleast it was only for 1 season. Keenan on the other hand was insufferable.

I wouldn't consider running Bure out of town as number 1. Yes it's definitely top 10 right alongside running Luo and Linden out of town. But Bure had a lot to do with the sour relationship. I'm sure none of us know the half of it.
