Good players should make their team and teammates better. Howard asked how often does Myers make others better (they were talking about Boychuk and what he's done for the Isles)? GMTM told Mr. Paul Hamilton that Myers isn't really that guy who will make others better, he's more of a guy that if he's paired with the right guy he'll play well.

I didn't listen to it just read the summary which is always provided by the site owner very well but I don't think they meant Boychuck single handedly made them better but made a difference.

Murray is on record saying "Myers is not the next big thing" and that his rookie year set unrealistic expectations. Murray sees him as a complimentary player and not a franchise guy

I love Risto, but I don't know how in gods name they can be sure that Zadorov is a top pairing defensemen at 19 with less than 30 games under his belt.

IDK either but IMO he might be at the fact that Hanifin or Kylington are the more likely draft choices and is trying to get the max return. He waits and he gets less as teams know he needs/wants to move a defenseman?
