it's actually not outrageous, 3%/year is pretty much cost of living and pretty general in the private sector.



obviously in the private sector people have to save for retirement, work more than 3 days a week and can be fired and can't retire at 17 but small details.

it's actually not outrageous, 3%/year is pretty much cost of living and pretty general in the private sector.



obviously in the private sector people have to save for retirement, work more than 3 days a week and can be fired and can't retire at 17 but small details.
