Sober. I think that was the only video, and none of the band members were in it. They're pretty far from mainstream, imo.
Change of topics, apparently San Fran is flooding? My sister-in-law lives out there and apparently it's pretty bad. Of course, any rain in San Jose is a change of pace. I think it drizzled twice in the 2 years I lived out there. |

I also did. They just dont get the publicity like Metallica did/does and IMO Tool is a much more talented and artistic band. - GOA88
I just remember a ton of kids w/ Tool t-shirts in middle school... usually the same ones that would rock Alice in Chains, Melvins, Helmet, etc gear. |

Yeah ok. I once saw a video by The Meatmen on MTV. I guess that makes them mainstream. Quit talking out your butt about things you have no clue about. You do that enough as it is.

Tool was mostly for the grunge kids when I went to school. Hardly anyone outside of that group really heard their music while everyone and their mother has heard Metallica, ACDC, Guns n Roses, Kiss, Alice and Chains etc. At least thats how it seemed to me. I never attached myself to a clique. I just mingled with everyone. Did my own thing. |

He's doing well, thanks for asking. Still has the reflux... but he's eating more solid foods every day. Talking quite a bit now. I can't get him to say 'hockey' but I sure try every time a game is on. He's much more into the car commercials than the game. He loves it when that Jeep commercial with the Michael Jackson song comes on.
I'm not waiting that patiently for this album. Even with the lawsuit, I think they are dragging their feet. - ThirdEye
Good to hear. If he cuts back on the hot sauce, wings and beer, that reflux should completely disappear. As long as he's watching and absorbing hockey, it's all good. Can never start too early. I assume he'll be at the Skatium taking lessons and working on his slapshot soon?
I just want a new album to play over and over again, and to see them live. Probably for the last time, but who knows. |

If you have HBO (or a GO password ), I'm thinking you'd enjoy the Seattle episode of Sonic Highways. |

I went to a concert recently. There were three bands, and at least two of them played music. It was loud. |
