When the Sabres were crapping the bed there was all this tank talk around the league, how pathetic the Sabres organization was for losing and how they were losing to get McDavid. Not much about that being said about the Oilers, haven't seen a lot of articles written weekly in that regard addressing the Oilers' open tank like the alleged Sabres. Why is that? Was it because we, the fans, were so pro-tank and had no problem with losing?

I have no idea why no one addresses the Oilers and their yearly sh1tfest.

They (their fans) blame it on the fact that no free agents of consequence have signed there, and no quality vets to insulate the kids. I agree.
