here's a point id like to bring up after reading all the trade talk. Why trade a guy like myers who is our best defenseman and a part of this winning formula in these past bakers dozen of games. You dont trade the guy that has been on the ice the most minutes and kept the other team from scoring much away when youre on the right track. It doesn't make sense to me.

If hall is indeed on the block you try to get him with other options.

I'm afraid that we won't be able to get B without giving up some of A. Nobody will give up there top players for our mid level prospects.

Didn't Boston want to get rid of Kessel though? He wasn't an established player either (think he only played two years).

The Risto debacle Saturday night and the Ryan goal this evening agree 100%. We need Myers to anchor this defense.

They are doing just fine compared to the vets on the blue line . They will only get better. Just like if they were forwards scoring at will. We are lucky to have them. The forwards in the pipeline are just not there yet. But good chance they will be .
