The bias of the refs on this site is another issue that needs to be addressed IMO.

I've been banned twice. Once on a Sabres page for something I deserved but it was my first real encounter with Todd. The second was on a different teams thread that basically said the exact thing someone from that team came here and said and reversed it...I get banned he got nothing. Pretty crappy

grab the kid from Colorado state in the third rd


honestly if they offered up their entire 2015 and 16 draft picks for number 1 overall and get the kid from oregon, it would show they are trying to fix their biggest needs (if their scouts think he is the real deal)


trade for cutler, kapernick, eli (I do not like kapernick but it shows they are trying to improve)

grab a few that did not pan out with their current team and see what they have, cut ties right away if they do not work

grab a player from the cfl

sign sanchez

if ryan fitzpatrick started 16 games for this bills team, they make the playoffs with ease which tells you how bad our qb play is

I tend to give the "home team" a bit more leeway for your second example. I don't know how quick the hammer fell on you or care to get into it, but yes, we're individuals just like sports refs who see things differently

Well, that comes into account sometimes too, but I've done similar with people. You see something at one point in the thread, then maybe more/worse later so it gets extended.

I just dont understand some of these trade proposals for Hall.

Question for you -- do you think Columbus regrets trading 8th overall, Voracek and a 3rd for Jeff Carter (A top 6 C coming off 3 straight 30-30 seasons with one of those being 46-38)?

I would only trade futures for Hall -- Draft Picks (including our 2015 1st, top 3 protected of course. Which even at #4-7 overall EDM would be getting a quality player to build around) and any combo of prospects not in the NHL (including Grigorenko, Armia, McCabe, Pysyk, or those still in Jr's.)

As big a fan as I am and my hopes that Armia could turn into a stud forward...I don't hesitate to include him in a trade like this because it hastens the development, turning him into what I'd hope he might be immediately
