Cant excuse the miller incident.. but isnt that what we all generally want? hard clean open ice checks with out a player having to 'answer the bell' every time?

Agreed Myers should have been there as should have Gaustad, however Myers was the second farthest away Sabre and was the only one to lay a hand on Lucic but whatever

I guess I come from the old school, I miss those days in the NHL. Not saying everytime, just once by Myers?

Dont get me wrong boys, I think this team is turning the corner and moving in the right direction. Just like Risto and Zadorov more than Myers. They play with more jam/edge , but Myers is a solid 2/3/4 defensemen in this league - depending the team he is playing for?

Yeah, thats in the past now and doesnt concern me too much, it was an organizational problem that they have seemed to address.

I dont even want myers fighting, he is way to valuable to this team to have his lanky akwardness tumbling to the ice.

Strachan stuck up for his teammate, but he is a AHL player.

Meszaros is not involed in our future and will be traded before the deadline.

There was no love fest going on that's the thing. Nothing about Myers until you mentioned him "getting laid out"

Also Strachan got an instigator because he felt the need to jump in on a clean hit...
