Please tell me why farnham is on this team.. his skating is horrible and he is due for a penalty... He brings nothing and I don't buy that energy guy crap. Every player should have energy out there and be happy to play the game... shouldn't need one guy to get you pumped.. He has no skill.. When is kuni BB and a trade going to happen |

Rather trade a 5th or 6th for him and have Nashville retain some of his cap |

We have enough bottom 6 guys. This yr is tons ahead of last yr. We need 2 top 6 wingers so guys like downie and spaling can play their bottom 6 roles... |

Yep, we have precious little cap space. Don't need to use it up on a guy that doesn't solve our problems. |

Did someone play a prank and put saran wrap over the cage?
No Ehrhoff. Not ideal. Martin has gotten PP time but he looks a bit rusty back there.
With Maatta and maybe now Ehrhoff (Please God, no) this is the perfect time to keep seeing what you have in Dumoulin/Harrington. |

You are so new wave. You liked Fancy stats before they were even invented. There is no place in hockey for you, stop trying to taint my sport with "good ole clean fun". |

As an Avs fan, I'll admit I'm biased. But the assessment that Varlamov is merely a "plug" this season is ill informed. He's been hurt for a good chunk of it, and Calvin Pickard is doing a damn good job in his stead right now. No matter who's in net, they're not giving up a whole lot, and both tenders are stopping upwards of 30 shots a game. Yes, they have issues with possession (again) and giving up too many shots (again), but their biggest problem right now compared to last year is that they're not scoring.
Bearing that in mind, it's not unreasonable for them to have the mindset that they can fix this and get the season back on track. Granted, they don't have a lot of time to get back into competitive position in that titanic Central division, so they may still end up sellers late in the season after all. I'll be surprised if Factor becomes fodder for trade anywhere, though, for all the reasons stated as to why the Pens shouldn't target him, coupled with the fact that if it comes to the point where they're willing to give him up, he'll be an even shorter term rental player. |

Dude our blogger has a unique ability to look at a stats sheet and know everything there is to know about a certain player. |

Not even giving in to the fact I think he is a sweet human being, he has had more scoring chances on the 4th line tonight than Megna averaged in a game on the Malkin line. |

He had one bad game and your honestly telling me you would play farnham over megna if it came down to those 2?
Megna has speed and skil over farnham.. only thing farnham has in a thick head that guys use as a punching bad... |

Megna has speed, thats it wheres the skill? If 9 AHL goals = skill theres a lot of NHL players in the AHL. Farnham is just awesome and yes I would play him over Megan |
