Yes, IMO they have an average skill set on the offensive side of the puck. Meaning that while Read scored 22 goals or what have you..... Voracek scored 23. Voracek is worlds apart in the skill level spectrum.

Actually my argument yesterday was that he is not a top 6 talent. I think he is a 3rd liner at best and the fact that the Flyers NEED him to produce at a top 6 rate is part of the problem with the current teams depth.

They showed some signs of life when Brayden Schenn played with them.

Read is also playing through a foot injury. His speed in the past is part of what made him a good player and a scoring threat. He hasn't had the speed or acceleraton this season.

Absolutely. In fact yesterday I said I can see the pure talent with Couts (sometimes), more so than I can with Read and that I think it would be a big difference if Couts played with better wingers than both RJ and Read.
