Eberle has bad numbers for the talent he skates with. He could use a change of venue. Clearly what y'all are doing over there isnt working, I suppose your the one franchise that cant make a winner with two 1st overal picks. Maybe you should ask to trade with the Kings for Bill Ranford and put him back out on the ice.

they both have the same term left- 4 years after this one, but eberle is due 6m in each of those seasons. not that hodgson is much cheaper- hes due 4m, 4.5m, 5m, 5.5m over the same period. i bet murray has very little interest in eberle. its just not the direction hes going in. actually, after looking at that, how much trouble is hodgsons contract gonna be to move?

I think the ideal situation would be to find him a center and a defensively responsible winger opposite him......unless someone IS willing to take that contract.
