Have to work a 14hr shift today starting at 3. I work with this hick from Medina whos been going around telling people he is trying to get me fired, that I'm lazy, donnt work and I "wander around" and he catches me doing it. Um. A wanderor catches a wanderor, no? Anyway, none of it is true and he tried to call the company I work for with his bs and go over the supervisor's head, whom he is also blowing. Its bordering on liable and he is causing workplace mobbing now. Any suggestions on what to do? Im a 14hr shift away from knocking him out and I work on the same production line.

Put ur head down and do your work and focus solely on that. Let your work speak for itself. I too have a crappy job but my coworkers are mad at me bcz I'm too good and apparently make them look bad. You just can't worry about work drama. It's unavoidable.
