Have to work a 14hr shift today starting at 3. I work with this hick from Medina whos been going around telling people he is trying to get me fired, that I'm lazy, donnt work and I "wander around" and he catches me doing it. Um. A wanderor catches a wanderor, no? Anyway, none of it is true and he tried to call the company I work for with his bs and go over the supervisor's head, whom he is also blowing. Its bordering on liable and he is causing workplace mobbing now. Any suggestions on what to do? Im a 14hr shift away from knocking him out and I work on the same production line.

Keep records of everything . If you do email anyone involved always cc some else in the company sympathetic with your position. That way they cannot deny receiving your grievance. Word the email nicely and hopefully the person you cc is on their level or above. As I always say . CYA, cover your ass.
