I assume so. Im sure they don't regret moving on from seguin, but it seemed like they were banking on Eriksson excelling with the bruins.

I would love to know what other offers he had for him/turned down in favour of the Eriksson package.

That's a lot of salary for the bruins to be taking back given their cap struggles. Oshie-Eriksson's an interesting deal but oshie's never been much of a point getter, they'd be taking another huge risk banking on him fitting in perfectly with the bruins style of play.

It is, but if Eriksson continued or exceeded the production he had in dallas with the bruins this conversation probably never comes up.

Heck, Stewart could go there, play with better linemates and score 10-12 goals. It just isn't working for him here. Maybe we'll get a 3rd rounder or possibly Matt Fraser in return and we'll eat some salary with the Bruins cap trouble.

My personal opinion is that it was pure arrogance by the Bruins.

To think they were too good for Seguin.

Saying that a former #2 pick that was simply immature wasn't a "Bruin type of player" screamed arrogant
