It's been scratched for seven games during a losing stretch. The length for a vet with his resume was too much.

It's not rocket science.

Roll him out there against other players who see less than 10 minutes a game and he can do damage. He can still play, but if you put him out there against top 9 caliber guys, he gets shut down and looks cooked, because he's slow.

However, I am not a scientist, so I could be off base.
