What I saw was typical Campbell in his own end; easily pushed off of the puck and unwilling to take a hit to make a play. Aren't you sick of watching that guy jump in the air and poke the puck along the side boards to the opposing team's point man. Totally agree, he is a shell of his former self. But right now, unless we replace him, we need him out there. He's a leader and we have a ton of young guys. I was hoping that as we started to win he'd come around but I guess not. He definitely had a better game last night than most games.

I kind of wouldn't mind sitting Olsen in favor of Shane O'Brien, though. Olsen has really had a few rough games.

Campbell stinks. And regardless what anyone says here, he wanted out 2 seasons ago. They covered his ass. He's uninterested most times, and his slap shop couldn't hit the side of the BB&T Center.

No but you also can't sacrifice your future. If you think Barkov, Gudbranson, or Bjugstad are tradeable you're dreaming. We finally have a legit 1/2 center combination that I don't think we've ever had.

And look, you know Tallon wants to make improvements. You know he does. But at the same time we have to be a team who is competitive for a decade or longer, and not just for 2-3 seasons. The Wings are a prime example of what we should try to become. Same for Tampa.
