The guy I'd love to see them move the most at the deadline is MacDonald. Although a late first for Streit would be nice, I could live with him for another year or so.

They can sign a UFA for a couple years if Streit is traded. Nobody on this D is irreplaceable. I'm not saying trade everyone, I'm saying that I would trade any of them, if I got value.

MacDonald is going to have to have a couple of good years to get people to bite. After one good season, it is going to be tough to sell this guy and this season is not helping his cause.

I'd hold onto Streit. If I'm looking to cut cash on D I'm looking at Coburn and AMac first and foremost.

his next deal may be different, but i dont think coburn should be moved simply to cut cash. if youre moving him for assets right now, before you want to have to deal with trying to resign him, if you get a good enough deal then why not.

but for right now, i think youd find a hard time finding many defensemen of similar worth playing for similar pay.

i think coburn could snag a first. it wouldnt be from one of the bottom feeders, but maybe a team like SJ or anaheim.

I could see possibly 2 of Morin, Gost and Sanhiem playing for the majority of the year next season with the Flyers.
