Ryan has not had a winning record the last four years. The success that he did have, was with Revis. And in a passing league, he mattered. A lot.

He does not know anything about offense, nor does he care to. He is a horrible head coach and would be a nightmare here. As a coordinator, fine. But not a head coach.

In my opinion.

I would like to keep Schwartz . This defense is great . Hate to see third defensive coordinator in 3 years. What about Trestman as offensive coordinator. If we could find a good head coach to oversee everything and let the coordinators do their thing I would be very happy.

No, I can not deny he is a defensive mastermind. And I would love to have him as a defensive coordinator.
