Hopefully he rewards those scouts by getting them a few extra picks. - hereticpride
We'd like that to happen. For me they don't all have to even be in the upcoming draft. |

I don't like how they are using him, he's much better than a 7th D-man.........if that's how they saw him, it may have been best to just not bring him, - ob18
I don't know. Even in the early games when he was taking regular shifts he was standing out from the rest and not in a good way |

Maybe true but 20 to 30 minutes a game to maybe 6 here........even if it's representing his country it can not be a total joy. - ob18
Yeah, but he just needs to soak it in and learn from it. |

We're talking about a couple of weeks. Tournament is about to be over. He'll be back in Rimouski for the next few months then maybe get a cup of coffee in the NHL or AHL to finish the year. |

I thought for sure Hickets would be the odd man out as it's gone on but that hasn't happened. |

Maybe, maybe not his Rimouski team right now is near the top of the Q standings & hopefully make a long playoff run. |

AHL, even if the Flyers are playing out the string, Morin is 4th or 5th on the list of guys I get NHL time right now. |

It'd be nice to see him make a run at a Q title & have a shot at the Memorial Cup. |

Good things going for him is he's always wanting to learn & improve but most importantly his is one confident kid. - ob18
I Like how he took a shot at Tyler Myers saying he doesn't want to end up like him. becoming a top 4 dman is not the path he wants to go down |

Whys that? If he's available for the last 3-4 games, you wouldn't use him over guys like Ghost or Hagg? |

Nope.
I like Sanheim and Hagg more, and I'm not sure on Ghost. |

I guess Sanheim makes sense. I would play Morin over Hagg though.
In the Phantoms games, he's still really shaky in his own end. I actually think Morin is more suited for the NHL at this point. |

He is, I still think he's further along than Morin. |

Can Sanheim get games this year? Doesn't he have another year of Juniors? |

Watching them both today, I would put Morin ahead of Hagg. |

Did Ghost being a bit tentative in his brief NHL appearance give you pause?
It did for me, even if it was a very small sample size. I think I would have preferred for him to go full on Mike Green in his small stint with the big club. |

I'd leave Sanheim be, but that's just me. |
