Back in 2011, something happened with a blog and people were confused if it was Ek or Garth that wrote it. Travis Yost asked me for my personal email and sent me these:

Reason why I asked for the e-mail is because - for whatever reasons - my private messages are basically under surveillance. Like some 1984 poop. Probably because I've been suspicious about these two being the same person for years, and was almost fired for saying so.

Hence, I don't send/respond to private messages unless they are completely vague(like the ones I sent you, which by the way, were also read).

With the growing list of names they currently have, this coaching search has the same feel to it that the Sabres GM search did. I have a feeling it's going to take a bit before we know. I think it'll get resolved faster than the Sabres GM one did, just because of the nature of the NFL, but you can see how the ownership style is the same with both teams right now.

I'm positive they are two separate people - Garth's real name is Mark Pino(Grand Island), and that's a fact.

But, I'm not entirely sure that Garth doesn't blog on Ek's account - like, all the time.

It's disgraceful, to be honest.



I found it funny about him saying that Garth blogs on Ek's account. Because if you read some of Eks blogs, the mistakes and misspellings are totally Garth.
