Eh. I don't know that I'd say that. He missed a good chunk of the season. I would think coming off of a knee injury is going to have some sort of effect on his game at least for a while. Yes, he's healthy enough to play, but that doesn't mean the knee is 100% either.

They got Jordan Staal back about a week ago, so I would think that probably helped.

I never expected them to be as bad as they've been so I don't disagree. I just wouldn't say they're going to blow by us either.

Last thing i saw was holland said hes not moving any top 9 forwards, top 4 d, mantha, larkin, or the wings 15 first. Meaning he would reluctantly put together a package around teemu pulkkinen. Gfy. Murray wants something specific, dont think a small one dimensional winger like a tatar or eberle does much for him. Just my opinion.

Either Tatar or Nyquist would be the salary player. I would think that Detroit needs more space than that. We'd probably end up having to take someone like Kindl too, or retaining at least part of Myers salary for the remainder of this year.
