I don't think there is a single team that wouldn't mind giving up their tartars to address needs. The best is when its a a few spare parts and that much needed 2nd round pick lol.

"Potential" might or might not be there, it's a crap shoot, basically.
But to give up the farm for potential, many GMs actually do their homework.

Seems shy of what he used to be as far as getting aggressive on the play.

Funny, Red Wing fans don't seem to like Myers much and don't think he fits in but it's the Wings GM that has called the Sabres over 5 times and has gotten nothing but dial tones from Murray. Also they tried to get Myers at the trade deadline last year as well.

That could come back. Last coach killed everyones game play and changed everyone. Maybe they will get back to what they do best. Seems the coach did institute that mind set at the beginning of the season. They aren't there yet.
