I will never believe that the lottery is fixed. If it was, why would Florida win? I understand the arguement about trying to grow the game in those cities, but if it was fixed, I would think that the NHL would give it to markets that generate TV rankings. That is where their money is.

I would agree. If it was fixed, Buffalo would be the team.

What I learned , no matter how many you try to teach, there are 20mil more waiting for your knowledge. Not worth the effort.
