He has a short memory, but the bad passes, turnovers have been their since they have split the two.

This team sucks, but let's face it, Myers and Zads are nowhere near comparable from when they were 19 years old.

I agree that myers was ahead of the development schedule than zads it's easier to make those transition passes and look more comfortable passing to 3 solid (consistant) lines and not a Veteran (LOL ) Pat Kaleta or anxious minor leaguers

It depends on his interest in moving Myers. Young stud wingers don't grow on trees. And don't get me wrong - I am a huge Myers fan. I just thought it would be an interesting proposal. Myers and one of those #1's does not get the deal done.

Adding Schultz to the deal and adding the other 1st doesn't get it done either though IMO.

I'm also not of the opinion Murray wants to move Myers unless someone blows his doors off with a deal and respectfully that deal isn't blow your doors off.

I agree completely. I don't know if either team would make the trade and that is why I think it is interesting. Edmonton probably wouldn't do it unless they thought they could turn those picks into players at the draft (as they are thought to be doing with the Perron pick).

And they very well might be come draft day or using it plus other picks to move down in the draft after their 1st selection.

I think one option that isn't available for Edmonton is getting a lot of picks and using them. That pretty much admits to another rebuild.
