This year's whipping boy.

You gotta admit it's fair though.

Rozsival looked very slow and old in the playoffs vs STL and Minny, so much that Q had no choice but to sit him for Brookbank, and Brookbank was arguably one of their better D men in the postseason. Rozsival also is making a TON of bad cross zone passes this year that are leading to turnovers and scoring chances.

Point is, with Oduya struggling MIGHTLY this year, that puts more pressure on 2,7,4 to be lights out, and until TVR comes back and proves he's healthy and can play with that same poise, our bottom pair on this team right....isn't something to be confident in.

I think Rundblad is getting better, and I wouldn't mind seeing more of Exirron to see what he can or can't do.

Call it a guess. A hunch if you will.

Oduya will walk.

Bickell will more then likely go. Watching that Epixx show a lot of the quotes from Q at the bench is him yelling about Bickell's play. Q may be souring on him some.

I also think Crawford, depending upon what happens at the end of this year, and what return he could fetch, could also be gone. At the beginning of the year, I would have said NO CHANCE but based on his off ice injury, the organization rightfully pissed at him, and the fact that Darling and Raanta held down the fort......Bowman may listen.

Outside of McNeil, anyone else down in Rockford playing very well? Would love to get to a game but my travel and schedule doesn't make it work. Unless I catch them in Des Moines or in Chicago.

How does Hartman look? Johns? Cleddenning?

Hartman is in his first full season as a pro. He's been inconsistent. He's still trying to figure things out. There are glimpses of what he can be. He just needs time to put it all together.

Johns has been out with an injury. He hasn't suited up for a game since November 26th. Broadhurst has been gone about the same amount of time with a broken arm.

Clendening is about the same. He helps on the offensive side of things, and is not all that great in his own end. Dent has had him paired with Cumiskey as of late. It's always an adventure when that paring is on the ice.

Outside of McNeill and Danault, there are a few guys here that I believe could help out.

- Dahlbeck could turn into a steady defenseman for next season.

- Ross was having a nice season until he was on the shelf for a couple of weeks.

- Carey is a feisty grinder that could push for a job on the 4th line next season. He's not afraid of putting a hit on someone, .

- Rasmussen has quietly put up some solid play at both ends of the ice. He's not too bad at the dot, either.

- Pokka could really be something. Pokka actually has a clue as to what to do in his own end, unlike some of the other offensively talented d-men that have passed through Rockford. Bowman might have found something there.

That's pretty encouraging Eli. Haven't seen any of the Rockford games, wondering what your take is on Pokka's speed and skating ability?

I know many have commented on Rundblad looking better but my god, a guy his age and around the league for this long should really have had someone work with him on his skating and agility. I think it was 6628 that said he looked sort of like a deer on ice -- a pretty apt description.

Certainly there is much beyond those 2 attributes that make for a good NHL'er but wondering how you think he stacks up? Dahlbeck, when he was up, looked like he had some decent speed and very good agility along with a decent sense of positioning. How does Pokka compare? Or maybe how you think he'd compare to let's say Hjalmarsson?

Hey savvy, i saw a hogs game about a onth ago. Didn't get a program, just watched for someone to catch my eye. The one who did was Pokka. He was good at both ends.

And count me in the Runblad ain't gonna be here long term club. I do like his shot from the point better than Keiths. But that is about it.

Best way to do it. you don't have any pre-conceived opinions and just see who catches your eye.
