Flyers will have the same lineup as Tues., except MacDonald is out and L. Schenn in. Berube said it's a matter of size/physicality. - bgratch
$30 million for a guy we need to sit and protect against the big bad capitals. |

Because it's totally Berube's fault that he is expected to polish those turds that Holmgren collected for him on the blueline. |

If you're Montreal/Phoenix/Minnesota/St. Louis/LA/Nashville, are you trading Subban/OEL/Suter/Pietrangelo/Doughty/Weber for a 5-10 overall draft pick, a player with 0 games of pro experience? |

oh c'mon its business... those bumholes dangled him out there for over a year... were they really that shocked?! - JoeRussomanno
I dunno... these guys seem to take it pretty personally. Pleau was pissed enough at Gillis for going after Backes to OS Bernier in retaliation. And who can forget Burkie challenging Lowe to that fight in a barn over Penner?

Okay, which proven elite mid-20's defenseman are we trading our unknown quantity for? |

Absolutely pathetic. Berube should just have Schenn and MacDonald play rock, paper, scissors after pre-game warmups to determine who is going to be in the lineup. |

If Reuben Amaro were given two get out of jail free cards he at least could wipe the slate clean dumping Howard and Papelbon.
But he can't compare to the almighty Holmgren. This guy is some kind of Wizard freezing our roster over a copious amount of time. |

Don't forget that Ghost is injury prone, Stolarz is a cheapshot artist, and Sanheim makes turnovers from time to time (i.e. defensive liability). |

Sure seemed like Poile and Clarke/Homer had a really productive trade partnership going on for awhile... but I wouldn't be surprised to see that go cold for a long while.
Like the Flyers and Canucks used to be pretty regular trade partners, but after the Kesler OS, zilch. Maybe that's coincidence... maybe not. |
