I don't care to know what a "derp" is, but it's your new nickname. In fact, I think "derpy" fits a bit better.

go get me a coffee derpy.

Yes sir. ( takes a moment to lace coffee with salmonella) cream and sugar sir?

I'm just curious as to the reason's why RNH is so much better than Monahan?

So you would quit blogging AND watching hockey all together because RNH's ceiling is a lot higher?
- The-O-G

No, but I would be so turned off of the Oilers and the NHL if the team I root for actively made itself worse by trading out their incredibly talented 21 year old 1C for a player with less skill and a lower chance of becoming a franchise player.

Good explanation, but the guy is wearing the full blown flames goggles so won't be able to understand this. Monahan > than anyone wearing blue and orange.

This man knows what he's talking about.... If the Oilers were having a better season everybody would be in line to suck RNH's dick.

Nuge had almost as many points last season as Monahan has in his entire career?

We can go at it with kid gloves, or we can go at it bare knuckle boxing. i don't care one way or the other, just don't expect to get a ton of respect or people agreeing with you when you start bringing the arrogance
- massa_3

You read my posts as arrogant. I think it's the avatar. Must be the avatar because it's not intended.

I never stoop to name calling, because it indicates a low level of intelligence. I never come here and say the canucks are better than the oil, blah, blah, blah (but I do remember a few of you dropping that bomb in the canuck thread at season beginning).

Other than posting a view that does not meld with the circle-jerk ideas that this thread usually produces is my only crime.

You come across as an arrogant piece of poop.... and that sir is on purpose. You, like many other Canuck posters come in here and spew you garbage and then pretend it's all in the spirit of having a good conversation. You're lucky we don't have an ass clown like Micah patrolling our threads or you would be banned.

He's a somewhat respectable Redwings fan who is either partially retarded or lives in the "deep" South.

His entire career......he's 20!

You are just talking about points. RNH has the same amount of points as Monahan this year. Does that mean they are equal? Is Gaudreau better than Hall? Weak ass argument bro!

Look, I wasn't trolling. I just honestly want to know why RNH is so much better. I agree he is more skilled, but I think Monahan makes up for it in a few other areas, plus he is stronger on the puck and a bigger body. I don't think they are that far off.

Maybe I'm wayyyy off base here.

This!!!!
He is taller than Nuge but nuge has 5 pounds on him.....so by HB logic he is tiny and will be injury prone.
