Look, I wasn't trolling. I just honestly want to know why RNH is so much better. I agree he is more skilled, but I think Monahan makes up for it in a few other areas, plus he is stronger on the puck and a bigger body. I don't think they are that far off.

He's 20 and Nuge is 21 so yeah I would say that points alone would make it a gap. This season maybe they are playing at a similar level, I haven't watched much of Monahan. Nuge is just a more polished player at this point in their careers.

I honestly really loved Monahan's game in Ottawa and I was very mad when you guys drafted him(obviously) but I think Monahan is a Kesler and Nuge is a Sedin type (to keep up with the Canuck comparisons from earlier).

Most guys will agree with you on this. But, it was noted in interviews that both Draisaitl and MacT said there was nothing more for him to accomplish at the WJC's.

I believe MacT was influencing the trade for Draisaitl to Kelowna so his time in the WHL will be impactful.

At the game last night, Draisaitl looked out of it the first few shifts. Then he sort of took over, goal and an assist, could of scored a couple more! Man playing with boys! This guy is going to be stud!

I've been banned many times from the leafs thread because I deserved it. But I've never been banned from this thread (I think) because I'm not trolling. Just presenting tough questions and hard to hear truths.

The oilers are fascinating and obscene at the same time. When you perform as badly as they have over the past few years then other fans want to talk about it. But you guys are so shell-shocked that you think other fans are trolling.

It's not that you guys have a soft POS as a Mod. Yeti's not soft. He has no problem banning me. Micah bans people because they post stupid poop. Come with something original and you'll survive.

You put Petry, RNH, Perron, and Eberle too high by at least a half grade if not more.

Since Eakins is gone you can now actually see Eberle looking like Eberle. If he did that all year then sure give him that grade but over 41 games he has not been worthy of a passing grade.

Petry has played well but you could only pass him if he was actually used as a #4. Imagining otherwise is just speculation.

RNH still has bad moments defensively and still needs to be even more offensive to be considered a true #1. I fully believe he will get there but he is not there now and it may take a few more years before he does.

Perron struggled mightily this year for the majority. I think due to injury. Showed enough to get himself traded but not a passing grade over 41.

Still a solid write up but a bit generous IMO.

You haven't been banned because for the longest time there was no ref here, and clearly you are oblivious to the fact that even now that a ref is here, it takes a lot to be banned, simply talking bad about the team won't do it like it would with Micah.
