Except the guys that received the top grades are the guys that have played incredibly well. Just because the team results have been comparable to F-------, doesn't mean that the guys that have worked and performed the hardest have failing grades.

He needs to play on the first line, where he doesn't need to carry the puck and create the offence on his own, like we're leaving him to do. Get in the zone, set up for a shot.
