Yeah I know what you mean but Solar Bears games aren't cutting it lately. I new my hockey fix. Having seasons last year and not seeing any this year has been hard

it was a perfect storm. nashville had weber and suter on defense, and they knew they would lose one, which meant they thought they had a narrow window for a deep playoff run. on paper, gaustad looks like a nice #3 center for a playoff team- plays two way, big enough to play physical, good face off guy. if you only have one kick at the can, youre more likely to overpay.

my concern with murray is more long term- hes gonna move the pending ufas for whatever the market will bear, and if myers or one of the other untouchables gets moved- it will be for an extremely nice player/package coming back this way. my concern, is that the time is gonna come where he is going to have to move some quantity for some quality, and even though i think hes more than willing, im not sure if he finds a dance partner. lotsa of middling prospects, lotsa nice picks.

Was a 1st too much? yes. But with gamecenter ive been watching the preds and it's a little depressing watching goose lay out to block a shot on a 5 on 3 and have the entire nashville bench and arena applauding him. Great guy, him and grier were a two man PK shutdown crew

When they have games (ie Solar Bears). Because of how the ECHL works it can be a month before they return for home games at times.
