Filip Forsberg would look good on the PP

Why?
Two years ago he went for two AHL lifers and a conditional second round pick (if Boston made ECF).

Why would he be worth as much or more than that now?

he doesn't get as much time as he would here, and different personnel. Cammalleri plays right half-wall, which pushes Jagr left or to the other unit.

Other reason:

Gonchar-Jagr.

Subban-Markov-Jagr.

I don;t see the half wall as the missing piece personally. Admittedly, PP was great when we had the half wall presence with guys like Kovalev but at the same time, where is our net presence?

Pacioretty is never in front of the net but rather the slot, Plekanec on the half wall, makes no sense, no right handed shot on the far side of play, and why on earth is Subban never starting on his off side.

We had 6-8 years of Schneider, Streit, Souray, Bergeron, Wiznewski on the PP and we went to the well over and over again with basting it from the point. Teams tried to stop it but couldn't. Subban needs to shoot a heck of alot more.

Guess my point is that IM Jagr doesn't turn around the PP, is an entire different approach, different set up and philosophy.
