Defense is bad, really weak in transition game, limits offensive production.

Flyers lived and died on special teams last season, were top 5 in both PP & PK. This year still have a solid PP(7th overall or so), but the PK has been atrocious (30th).

A mediocre 5 on 5 team with a bad PK is (frank)ed hard and put away wet.

Giroux and Simmonds are legit superstar level players.
Simmonds is a nice power forward that does his best work on the PP.
B Schenn is playing well but not producing much.
Couturier is a solid 3 line checking center.
Read is horrible this season.
Also you listed no dmen and that is the problem should change starting next year as the prospects start to arrive.
