Marrone had no clue as to how to use Spiller before he got hurt. |

Yes, and CJ clearly had zero confidence, too. |

Speaking of Marrone, does he land a coaching job... doesn't look that good for him in NY. |

I'd rather use the money to bring back Hughes and get a real QB then to keep Spiller. Kind of stuck in a bad postion |

And probably too late now.
Spiller is all but gone.
Too bad, too. Rex and Roman both like to run the ball. |

100% agree.
You can always go out and get a RB. Plus, we still have Freddy, Booby and Bryce. |

He certainly seems to be aiming high.
I'm Ok with that though. I doubt he really expects to get a 1st and a top prospect for Stewart, Stafford, Enroth, etc
Hopefully starting that high will still leave us with a good return when he makes compromises while negotiating trades - jdfitz77
I think of it like the "buy it now" price on ebay. The auction for the ufas ends on deadline day. Shouldnt hurt him with stafford, stewart, and meszaros. Wingers with some size and ability and a veteran defenseman (even if its just an insurance policy) should have value. The goalie market is screwy, i kinda hope he pulls the trigger if anything reasonable comes up. i think he buys hodgson out over the summer if he cant move him, so he may view him as a pending ufa too, but thats just me. Im fine with moving myers for a young first line forward- but that's the price, and i hope he doesn't budge an inch from that. |

Sucks that the Bills had to pay his arse 4 million when he quit on them. I bet the contract for Rex will be written with more diligence. |

Now there's an ugly visual... I figure they'd be sitting around a fire throwing money at it to keep it burning. |

I've wondered which one of his teams will win a championship first. Yep, I feel that it will happen with him at the helm. A superbowl has an easier route.... |

I think Hodgson only moves if he's part of a package. His return value is too small right now. I also doubt he's bought out. Makes more sense to keep his cap hit & hope he can rebound & get his scoring touch back. He doesn't have a bad attitude, so it's worth the gamble he can find his game again & regain some value.
If Myers is moved, it's gotta be a great return...
AND... Murray better have a plan to replace him |

if we could get Colin Kaepernick...
omg i would be so happy - gerbe75pts
Colin Kaepernick is not a good NFL quarterback. He reads defenses about as well as EJ Manuel. The only thing that makes him even startable is his insane speed and athleticism, which by the way, Greg Roman didn't even use to his advantage in San Francisco. |

I laughed the other night when I saw him whiff on a one timer, and then reach out and trip I think it was Bickell without taking a stride. - buffalofan19
Even better was when he tried a drop pass on a semi-breakaway. He still refuses to shoot. |
