Christ, the Leafs are looking like them teams that play in April and May. I forget what they are called. They've dominated the last 40 mins or so |

I'm starting to think Carlyle may have been a worse coach then we even thought. - Yeti1181
Im going to hold my judgment for a longer sample size. 3 games is simply not enough. 20 is |

I expect the players to respond after a firing.
I still think it's a player issue more than a coaching issue.. - Arctic_AARDVARK
This isn't just them responding though, this a completely different system/approach to the game. |

Just seeks like night and day, I know it's short but they look completely different. |

No way would the Leafs have kept the Kings under 25 shots in a game with RC as coach |

What's Horacheks approach to scoring goals?
Take more low quality shots? |

This is whar i was afraid of. Leafs play a couple good games after the firing and everyone forgets the real problem the core. Players still need to change |

There's absolutely no way the Leafs will score like they did if they are committed to playing a team d. No team does. You sacrifice one for the other somewhat |

Don't know, but offense doesn't win championships since the 80's Oilers so if we sacrifice bit of offense for a more complete game it's alright. |

A shake up would still help, but at the same time maybe it's just adding pieces |

This is all LA now, just boxing the Leafs out and smothering the puck/dumping it. Gonna be shutout boys |

For sure.. But shouldn't the number 1 priority be to bring in players commited to that system? Wtf is the point of keeping Kessel around??
I'd rather a guy who may put up less points, but is harder to score against. I like star players who play the PK.. It helps a lot. |
