I was young during the time so overal knowledge of him bein g "out of position" i cant say concretely. But what I do recall vivadly is going after pucks that 99% of goalies wouldnt go out and challenge. the 100'shoghlight reel saves he made was he out of position or were they just should have been sure fire goals and he just made the save.

It was a 40th anniversary Scott jersey at the Tampa game. I tried to take a picture but I couldn't get a good shot

do love the classic look also one thing that always miffs me a bit is we are the sabres a sword not buffalos. We may be hte only city that uses the city more than the actual team name. Granted you really cant do anythign with a Bill

My two favorite seasons were the '99 playoff run, and the 2006 team. The 2007 team wasn't as appealing to me, even before they fell short. I think it had more to do with the fact that we expected that 2007 team to win. 2006 was a pleasant surprise.

Yeah, i think tackling dudes on a break away at the blue line is considered "out of position." But im sticking to "who cares?" Because it made for awesome hockey.

I actually loved the prez cup run cause I was in Kentucky and talked the owner at the local sports bar to buy the nhl ticket and buy buy I bought it for them lol. so going there with a few friends for every game was pretty sweet as I couldnt be here to watch
