If they had a more old-school/straightlaced PBP guy to go along w/ Clement in the booth, with Boucher full-time in intermissions, the Flyers team would be pretty awesome.

(Dallas is awesome)

I'd be down with that!

I really like Boosh in the intermissions. He's so matter-of-fact and honest. Doesn't sugar-coat anything.

Hey Bill if you are around,
If another defensman is injured, who would be called up next?
Would they give Hagg a shot this season?
How far is Gotisbehere from returning?

Not Bill, but Manning is having a great year with the Phantoms. I'm guessing he'd be next up

Yeah, I'd think Manning is the first call-up. Hagg is actually sliding this year in the AHL believe it or not, so I think they'd prefer to keep him in the AHL if they can. Ghost is skating, but he'll need a handful of games before he's back to even AHL level. Not sure what Alt's status is.

Morganti is just so awkward on camera... he's hard to watch.

So, what you're saying is that Carlo Colaiacovo is essentially made of glass and scotch tape?

I don't think there's any scotch tape involved.

I like Al. When it comes to hockey, he's pretty good.

I don't listen to sports radio anymore, so I don't know how he is on WIP anymore, but when Al does strictly hockey stuff on other platforms, I want to hear what he has to say.

They probably will. Sadly, it won't offset the extra pucks that wind up in the back of the net due to their defensive "capabilities." Not that it should make much of a difference.
- jmatchett383

I'd be willing to bet the GAPG are going to be relatively the same if not better.

He's basically the only guy, at this point, unless they want to baptize Hagg in flames.

Phantoms' blueline is mostly made up of minor-league journeymen right now.

Alt got injured again. He's had injuries all season. Sucks that so many of the young defenseman have lost time to injury this year.

I forgot about the slide rule for Hagg. Maybe they bring him up for a few games to finish the season

Yes!

I love the smaller cities like Edmonton. They have great commercials

- PhillySportsGuy

I like the US commercials because you guys have way more fast food joints and some of that sht looks pretty good!

Morganti with Boruk is hilarious, because he'll start trying to be funny, and you can almost see the moment when he realizes it isn't WIP (or Barkann).

I wouldn't call Steven Delisle a "journeyman" yet. He's got to go to at least one more team for that distinction.

I thought his reaction was unprofessional and way over-the-top.

Agreed, I can't think of anyone less professional in the business. Obviously excluding players, coaches, journalists and fans.

Yeah, I know he got injured again, just wasn't sure what the timetable for his return was.

And yeah, depending on how the season and TDL go, I could see Hagg getting a handful of starts later in the season.

It's just the pictures. They're like porn stars, the look all good on camera, but once you see one in person, it's kinda gross

I have feeling Washington is gonna come out very physical with our under sized d corp we have going tonight. Hopefully Wilson doesn't take out another guy from our team. Hope the energy against Tampa carries over.

With all the injuries on the blueline and the lack of scoring depth, I'm kind of shocked TM's got them in PO position with a winning record.

Well its just a gut feeling and I'm not confident with Coburns play this season. For some reason this team plays better with him out of the lineup. With more puck movers I think the turnovers will drop and the puck wont be in our end as much also.
