I get that everyone wants to appear impartial for some reason, but the hit on Laughton was clearly not a "clean" hit. Niskanen jumped into Laughton, while aiming high, and left the ice while making the hit.
If Rinaldo did this, everyone would be talking about how long his suspension should be. - hobo
Since when has anyone on this site wanted to appear impartial? |

Q: If there are 5 boxes of Timbits with 20 Timbits in each box in the Leafs dressing room, how many Timbits can each Leaf player consume?
A: None. Kessel ate them all already. - johndewar

He didn't jump, his feet came off the ice when contact was made as part of making the hit. That's allowed. - Feanor

I don't know which hits you're referring to, but the two times Rinaldo got suspended were fully deserved.

There might be, but it IS NOT JVR for Schenn. That much we know. |

Not crazy about them, but we will see. I'd much rather have Lecavalier or Bellemare moved up the 2nd line center spot, and Schenn left at LW.

Since 4th line doesn't get much ice, I would rather see
12 28 93
10 14 17
78 40 24
18 76 36

Berube will justify staying on as coach by touting his ability to keep Sean Couturier's salary down by playing him with hobos & cab drivers |

So couts gets to try to shut down the the sedins with a rusted rinaldo on his wing, that should be fun
also the line with horvat and jannick hansen is pretty good/fast and may give the flyers some match up problems

I wonder what Vinny would've thought before signing with the Flyers if he knew he'd be playing with two guys named Chris VandeVelde and Pierre-Edouard Bellemare? |

Roob seems to like using Vinny as a hidden weapon on that 4th line. |

Berube seems like he wants to keep that line together, and I don't blame him. They've done some good things. Lecavalier came so close to tying that game up last night, if not for a bouncing puck.
